Thank you for shopping at AL-MUSTAQEEM ONLINE STORES. Please carefully read this policy. Contacting us for assistance if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Your item is eligible for a return if;
- It is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It is in the original packaging.
- It has a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are have 3 days to make a return request and 4 days more to return after your order has been delivered. (7-Days return)
- You will receive 100% full refund for your item including shipping fees paid, if we delivered a damaged, defective or wrong item.

- RETURN POLICY
If we are to refund your money, please know that these four (4) steps are very essential and must be followed by you,
Step A: Initiate a return request via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after the order has been delivered.
Step B: Drop-off your item or schedule a pick-up within 7 days after the order has been delivered. You can return your item to any of our pick-up stations or we can also pick it up at your shipping address (charges included).
Step C: Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or gifts.
Step D: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via bank transfer.
- EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS
Did you receive any damaged, defective, or wrong item sold to you by Almustaqeemstores.com and wish to replace it with the similar item? Is your order missing an item or part and you want a replacement? You can exchange an item through our Online Returns Center if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.
The item being exchanged must meet the following criteria:
- Shipped and sold by Almustaqeemstores.com.
- Originally purchased with a credit card.
- Shipped to an address in Nigeria.
- Not received by you as a gift
- Not an Add-On item
- Was not purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions)
- REFUND POLICY
Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. To process your refund more quickly, you have the option to request a refund via Al-Mustaqeem Stores email, which must be indicated when you request for a return online and bank account details.
Note that the only refund method that is available is the Bank Transfer and may takes up to 2-5days after the return of product(s) has been confirmed and validated.
- Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and then notify you that we have received your returneditem.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection of the item.
- When your return is approved, we will make a refund to your credit card (or original method ofpayment used).
- You will receive the credit within a certain period of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
- In the event your return is invalid, then we will call you and explain the issue then send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
- Note that we will make several attempts to return the product to you. However, passed 2 return attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days for you to pick it up at Al-Mustaqeem warehouse.
You are entirely responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for returning your item. And if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
- Return or Pick up Timeline: The return or pick up time is usually 7 days. It starts from the day the order(s) has been delivered. It must not exceed 7 days. You can make a request to return an item by calling our customer service or by email.
- Refund Timeline: The refund timeline is 3-5days after returned product(s) has been confirmed and validated. It starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day of completion of the refund process.
Note: Business days are from Monday to Saturday. Sunday or public holidays are therefore excluded.
